Who we are

Notturno is a recurring, invite-only evening hosted in Miami. This policy explains what we collect when you RSVP or call our line, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Name, mobile number, email address, and Instagram handle.
• Date of birth (we host 21+ nights).
• RSVP details (party size, +1 name when applicable).
• When you call our line, audio of the conversation with our AI voice agent, used to confirm RSVPs and improve the experience.

How we use it

• Confirm or decline your RSVP.
• Send event-related messages: the address (released shortly before doors), reminders, and night-of logistics.
• Plan capacity and check guests in at the door.

Who we share it with

No one. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number, email, or any SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

We use a small number of service providers to operate the site and send messages on our behalf (hosting, database, SMS delivery, email delivery). These providers process data only on our instructions and do not use it for their own marketing.

SMS messaging

SMS opt-in data — including your phone number and consent — is used only to send Notturno event messages. It is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our SMS Terms for details and how to opt out.

Retention

We keep your details while you're on the list. You can ask us to remove them at any time by emailing hello@notturno.club or by replying STOP to any text.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Email hello@notturno.club and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

Cookies & analytics

We use minimal first-party storage required for the site to work and basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand traffic. We do not run advertising trackers.
