About Notturno

Notturno is a recurring, invite-only evening hosted in Miami. By using notturno.club, calling our line, or attending an event, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to RSVP, join our list, or attend an evening. We may verify age at the door.

RSVPs

An RSVP is a request, not a guaranteed entry. Capacity is intimate. We confirm guests individually, usually a few hours before doors, and share the address only with confirmed guests.

Entry on the night is at the host's discretion. We may decline entry for any reason permitted by law.

No resale

Spots are personal and non-transferable. RSVPs, confirmations, and addresses may not be bought, sold, or resold.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site or our messaging: no automated scraping, no attempts to bypass capacity, no submitting other people's contact details without their permission.

Intellectual property

The Notturno name, mark, photography, and written copy on this site belong to Notturno. Please don't reuse them without permission.

Disclaimers

The site and events are provided "as is." We do our best, but we don't promise the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any given event will take place as planned.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Notturno is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, our messaging, or attendance at an event.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
