Program

Notturno Event Updates. A small-volume messaging program for guests who have requested or confirmed a spot at a Notturno evening.

We use SMS to send event confirmations, the address (which is withheld until shortly before doors), reminders, and last-minute logistics such as weather or schedule changes.

How you opt in

End users opt in through two pathways.

  1. Phone. When a guest calls Notturno to RSVP or ask about an event, our AI voice agent asks, "Is it okay if I text you the event details and a reminder at this number?" SMS is only sent after the guest verbally agrees.
  2. Website. Guests visiting notturno.club can RSVP through a form that includes a checkbox stating: "I agree to receive event-related text messages from Notturno. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out."

We do not purchase, rent, or share phone numbers, and we never message anyone who has not directly opted in.

Message frequency

Recurring. Frequency varies by event and typically ranges from one to four messages per event you've RSVP'd for.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Notturno does not charge for SMS.

Opt out — STOP

Recipients can opt out anytime by replying STOP to any message. This immediately removes the number from all future Notturno messaging.

Help — HELP

Reply HELP for assistance, or email hello@notturno.club.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported on major U.S. carriers.

Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or any SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.
